For the first time in a long time, Cathy and I went to the Fire Keeper's Casino buffet for dinner tonight.
We really like it, and it's not that far away. I don't know why we don't go there a bit more often.
Anyways...tonight they had some absolutely amazing grilled chicken breasts. I had a lot of those, and they also had some really good mashed potatoes.

I had planned on going to the Nibi Lounge afterwards because they make some pretty good Mojitos, but they apparently aren't opened on Monday. Oh well. I guess that just gives me a good reason to go back soon!!!
