I'm getting close to my next goal for weight loss.
I had said that I wanted to get down to 220 pounds for my next major milestone, and today I weighed in at 221.4.
I've been doing much better losing weight since I started eating a bit more food. Odd how that works, but it does.
I'm hoping to be at the goal of 220 pounds by next Wednesday or so. I think it should be able to be done.
