I had started to think a long time ago that I'd never get it, but I was caught completely off guard when my name was announced for it today at the quarterly meeting.
To add to that, I managed to get the maximum possible number of points on our performance evaluation system, so that means that I should get the highest possible bonus at the end of the year. I'm hoping to bring home at least $2,000 for Cathy and I to use as a primary form of "have a super fun do whatever we want" time in Hawai'i.
