Good Customer Service...

Just wanted to give a shout out to HobbyShack, Hobby People, and Team XTM.

I bought the $400 1/8th scale buggy a few weeks back, and last week the ESC and motor in it stopped working. I contacted Team XTM (who happens to be part of the Hobby People/HobbyShack network) about it and they asked me to send it back.

About one week later (today) I got a brand new motor and ESC in the mail!!

So basically, in one week they got my product, checked it to see if it could be fixed, found out it couldn't be fixed, sent me a new one, and got it to me.

All the while, Kyle from Hobby People was keeping me up to date on what was going on.

Definitely a good customer service system they've got in place there!! Kudos!!
