So the last two nights I've been having some trouble sleeping. I don't know if it's because I got so much rest while I was on vacation or what. But I've been sleeping for about 10 or 15 minutes then waking up for a few minutes each night.
I don't think that I got to sleep for real until after 3AM each of the last two nights. It seemed like every little sound or movement by Dillon or Cathy woke me right up.
I was dead tired at work today. So tired that I felt a bit "off" for most of the day. When I got home I took a nap for about an hour or so and I felt quite a bit better after that.
Hopefully after a few days back to work I'll get back into a bit more normal sleep routine...
