So I'm sitting here watching "House Hunters" on HGTV, and this couple is looking for houses near the water in Mexico.
Let's just put it this way...they are finding places near the water that are absolutely gorgeous for the equivalent of $150,000 American dollars. So, they are effectively finding beach homes in an area that has perfect weather all year for about the price of a standard house in the suburbs here in Michigan. Amazin.
