So today had to be one of the most boring days at work in ages. I think that from the time we got there at 9 until we left at 7:30 there couldn't have been more than 100 people through the checkpoint.
When it's that slow, it seems like it's such a complete waste of time to even be there. At least the time went by relatively quickly because we were having a pretty good time and we had pretty good workers with us.
I guess part of it might be because of the holiday. Memorial Day in Michigan isn't the kind of holiday where people do anything other than go up north...so I guess it's not surprising that it was so slow...
