So this monring I woke up with a bit of a sore throat. That's always what happens right before I get a cold. Hopefully I caught it in time for me to start fighting it before it takes hold completely. I took some of my Zycam this morning and some other meds, so hopefully it won't hit me really hard.
Over the last few years this seems to happen whenever the weather significantly changes...when it gets warmer or colder, I suddenly get a cold.
Maybe it's allergies??
