So we should have easily gotten to pick shifts today...except for the fact that one lady that's fairly high on the seniority list called in sick.
To make it worse, when they tried to call her to see what her choice was, she never answered the phone and never called back. She also works another job, and a lot of us think she did this on purpose because she's still trying to work out with the other job what days she can work there so that she doesn't have to drive into town everyday of the week.
Oh well, they will probably end up calling me tomorrow afternoon to see what I want to pick.
